I was an English and creative writing major in college way back in the 20th century, so long ago that engineers were guys — they were all guys — who built bridges and tunnels. These days: the sky’s the limit — literally and otherwise.
I work with students of all genders interested in all kinds of engineering: computer science, robotics, and biomedical engineering, for starters. But I have to admit, I’ve got a soft spot for robots. Or maybe just for this rock n’ roller from Boston Dynamics.
The students I work with apply to engineering programs across the country, among them MIT, BU, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Georgia Tech, University of Michigan, UC Berkeley, and Stanford.
Shoot me an email if you’re applying to study engineering — or anything else, or even if you’re undecided — and let’s talk about how we might work together to write essays that reflect your best self.
