Help Choosing Colleges from Admissions Officers: UChicago, Vanderbilt, and…

How to Choose Colleges and Keep Calm

Who doesn’t need help choosing colleges? Are you curious about the University of Chicago, Vanderbilt, Wesleyan, University of Delaware, and the Olin School of Engineering? If so, read on!

The Coalition for College has an online panel discussion June 21 at 8pm Eastern. It’s called Inside College Admissions: How Decisions Are Made.

Admissions officers will discuss what happens backstage and answer your questions.

This list represents a nice range of universities. And it may introduce you to schools you didn’t know much about.

For those who don’t know the Coalition for College, it’s the alternative application portal to the Common Application. Here’s what they say about the panel discussion:

“Admissions counselors from Coalition schools take us behind the scenes in this panel discussion. If you’ve wondered how decisions are made, what admissions officers are looking for when they review applications, and how to put your best foot forward when applying, then join us for this discussion and ask your own questions, as well.”
